1. Introducing: Infrastructure Team's Role
- Infrastructure team is responsible for the A-Z of A41's core business; the Validator. You will delegate tokens from customers and participate as a validator in block generation based on your stake in the delegated tokens.
- Out team participates in on-chain governance with the voting power of your delegated tokens and be a key decision maker on the direction of the chain. As a Validator, we contributes to the growth of the blockchain on a technical level and produce content for marketing.
2. You will be responsible for
- As a Protocol Specialist, you will be responsible for the research, governance, and initial contact for new chains in A41.
- You will conduct up-front research to support the work of our teams, gathering information about the networks you cover, and writing follow-up research articles that contribute to the ecosystem. Based on this information, you will also participate in the on-chain governance of the networks you cover as a Validator and identify opportunities for new networks. Specific duties include;
- Monitoring: Monitor major upgrades and updates for each chain you are responsible for, and communicate them to relevant departments, including the tech team, as needed, to ensure that necessary responses are carried out in a timely manner.
- Governance participation: Check the governance agenda for each chain, and actively intervene according to the level and stage of each agenda to make sure it is designed in a good way. In addition, when it comes time for the actual vote, each protocol specialist votes in the appropriate direction and writes content to communicate the reasons to delegates.
- Stakeholder relationship management for each chain: As an expert in each chain, you will be responsible for communicating with and supporting key stakeholders within the network.
- Lead the identification of business development opportunities: Protocol Specialists are experts at the forefront of their respective blockchains. Based on the information you gain, you will take the lead in organizing key initiatives that can drive the chain forward. You may also identify upsell opportunities for delegates or co-create future sales strategies with the Business Operations team as needed.
3. Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Korean and English at a professional level
- Ability to research and write various white papers and technical documents related to blockchain.
